You can just emulate the PSP with PPSSPP emulator and access Monster Hunter Freedom Unite/Portable 3rd. Some phones can even emulate the 3DS with the Citra emulator and access 4U and 3U (and also Generations)

Yes, multiple servers have been shut down in 2021 except the original one. When this video was published, the original server named Rangers of Oblivion was still working and some fan made servers were available.
