Nairobi is competing with Johannesburg. Kampala and nairobi can't be compared. Nairobi is in another league. However,every city has their unique features. Kampala's hills make it a beautiful city, entertainment is the best, cost of living is slightly lower,people are friendly, wonderful history esp the buganda kingdom, the fact that it borders lake victoria and so much more.

The major problem of Ugandan cities is old out fashioned buildings coupled with poor planning making them look like disorganized trading centers.Some thing should to improve Ugandan cities to world standards urgently others ways we are still lagging behind in terms of inflastructure (building mostly).
