Sir, i have a question that, would it be better to pre-book any Tour Package from Goibibo for about 7Days or go toh Leh and then get cabs for the tour and book hotel for each place where we want to stay. Also, if i book local cabs from.there ,.will.i.be charged anything extra for their stay and food?

Leh can be visited, for Sham Valley I will say hire a local car/taxi for about 3500-4000 day trip. Tso Kar you can do with Himachal taxi

Nikhil bhai bahut tough and risky hoga.. Ho sakta hai roads clear honge aur weather bhi clear hoga par bhai risky rahega bahut wahan jaana is time par.. even Kunzum Pass paar karna bhi risky hoga Chandratal to bahiut jyada risky hoga.. baaki aap locals se aur puchna wahan jaakar aur bahut jyada risk mat lena plz.. season time mein safely Chandratal kar sakte ho

Well, outside rental cars are not allowed for sightseeing in Ladakh, I will recommend that for just 7 days in hand, it is better that you fly to Leh directly and then hire a local driver/taxi to do sightseeing in Ladakh.
