That’s so true, when I was clearing out nearl light I expected him to slowly walk in a giant loop around like most bosses or just stand at certain spots but nah, bro just guns straight for the exit.

Ha ha, cute. Check out SV-6 (Children of Ursus) as well, with all its pre-deployed mines. One enemy watches his buddy run over a mine and die, causing him to stop, stand still for a while, then leave to go around the long way. It was my first event in Arknights, and it definitely left an impression on me.
