I love ferns, they are awesome, I recently I bought 2 big ferns and kept inside the home. What I didn't realize was it requires more wind and moisture. Alongside I was under watering the plant. One of them about to die and I shifted outside and started to water everyday. Now it's back to life. Nice video and tips, thank you!

Helpful information as soon I may need to repot my ferns. Just one confusion regarding watering.. You mentioned not to water the centre of the rosette but the video shows the centre and leaves being sprayed with water.??. Also if some soil is on the rosette when it comed from the store how to remove it?.
@Urbanscapegardening9 ай бұрын
Ok so I give info so that it reaches the most newest gardening member. So if you're a pro in gardening you can water the center if you're new desist from doing so. Hope that helps 🙂 remove using a paint brush I don't see too much harm with the soil remaining there wash it off

Ok. I don’t mean the little spots but the roundish brown spots and brown line by end of the first leaf you show. They are EXACTLY what I had on mine and getting on other plants too. What is it. One spot then more and the on edges.
@Urbanscapegardening3 жыл бұрын
Spores
@mimicrane39903 жыл бұрын
I don’t think spores because I’ve had them on non spore plants as in caladium, flap Jack thing, . A couple of times the circle had bright yellow ring. The beginning is a dime size uneven circle that is very papery thin.

@@mimicrane3990 if u can pass a light through it I guess it could be a fungal infection...I would spray baking soda on to it and not water their leaves
