If you play on consoles or vanilla/official pc servers yeah, that’s the best way to keep your loot safe. On modded servers with the custom base building it might be better to have a base.

Every base i've ever had has been (eventually) raided...but i've never had anybody find my buried stashes.

I like the little house with the fence around it between the 2 quarry locations, just SE of the dump truck on the hill.

these places are great for PVE or community but all of these are getting raided on official within a week

Any place will get raided on official within a week. The only viable solution on official is to make a stash in a remote area (and praying no ESP cheater will be around to yoink it😂)

I had a large base on official for over a month till it got raided. But never a house always gotta build in the middle of the woods

Right above the round military compound in the V of the blue trail to the right of the Nr 7 spot. That’s where I based on the road and most people don’t know I’m there. And we have a 20 story watchtower there. The trees block it just enough and I can shoot over into the fields. At 800m area+ some. Can also see into Lukow

That north side of the map is mostly unexplored and usually it’s best for laying low without being discovered, most ppl going south to loot and gear up.

Just had a base around X0.84 Y0.01 and it lasted 5 days 😢 while edge of map woods bases can be good, it’s always a matter of time before somebody will stumble upon it

Unfortunately not. Bohemia finally added caves to their maps with the release of sakhal. There was some sort of cave on Chernarus, but hard to fortify, so not that worth.

The best way to keep a base is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what anyone will do. I won't say what though. Lol usually only people who take the time to work the process of raiding a base in there mind know how to avoid being raided. Every base I have pulls 4+ months. IJS. Good Luck Survivors!!

Well, on official and vanilla I think the same as you. It’s to easy to raid so it’s not a good decision to build a base, but on modded is not the same. If you find a good balanced server you can live in your base an entire wipe without being raided.

Can’t argue about that but the area is quite big, each side of river has lots of bushes and trees and vegetation that makes hiding stashes easier. And the river itself it’s perfect for that as well.

@@abdiasacosta4281 Not all of them mate, trust me, there are good community servers out there who deserve our attention. Of course, unfortunately, there are some others that may have this kind of issues, but from my experience I can say that not all the community servers are bad.
