Am I saying the twins are scrubs and carried? No, they obviously have tremendous skill. You think tourney placement is reflective of exact tier list placement? I think some players (even professionals) have matchups that they aren't comfortable with/haven't fought as much.. leading to some characters placing slightly higher or lower than they necessarily should be

Bro it was so obvious Sonic was tired AF, the last set was a throw out the window, with Sindel, after like 3 hits he did the scream ON BLOCK and then the last Fatal Blow to "YOLO" at more than half screen... when he previously did so many come backs with almost no life and a hero breaker knowing there was still options. Nobody knowing Fox can't say he just gave up and wanted to end the day. Not sure why he did it tho, but you can't tell me he didn't throw the game on purpose.
