Dear Mr. Sarkar - Thank you for your feedback. For placing stop-loss in Nifty or BankNifty Options, the best and ideal strategy would be to place stop-loss based on the key support/resistance levels on Nifty/BankNifty Spot chart. Incase these levels are breached, then one can exit the Option trade. As option is a decaying instrument, many times, even if the market is not going anywhere the premium falls and chances of SL getting triggered in higher. So basing SL on spot charts is a better option. However, many traders also place SL on options, below 50% of its value as a thumb-rule. But it has to be best based on Risk-Reward Ratio. Hope this helps !

Sir last secret of averaging wala not fully satisfied as in this also we have to see what is the trend ,if it looks that by averaging we can cover our losses then it is good to average the trade whether one is on but or sell side.The main point is the trend of the trade.

Averaging tabhi use kijiye yadi aap long-term investor hain aur Stock SIP kar rahe hain. Short-term ya phir intraday trading mae losing trade ko average karna hamesha ek accha idea nahi rahta hai, kabhi kaam karta hai kabhi nuksan jyada hogta hai, be careful !

Higher time frames give greater clarity, when in doubt in hourly charts, look at Daily chart for trend, when daily chart is confusing, look at Weekly chart for trend confirmation, and when WEEKLY chart is confusing, look at Monthly chart for long term trend confirmation, everything will become clear.
