Another important note on looting (I think with just blue chests) is that it's a progression system rather than location based. So it's especially important to loot all chests so you move up the item ladder. Otherwise if you ignore chests you'll find yourself deep into the game and pulling low level gear from chests.

I'm having so much fun with far cry 6. I just gotten done with the gorilla mission and just got on the main island. I did a few missions on the big island but in reality I'm just getting started. Between this and BF2042, and Hot Wheels, Back 4 Blood and many more to come. It's going to be a great way to end 2021

When you unlock your hideout network, you will get a tiny hover type of chopper on some hideouts. Use it to take out all anti-air. If you fly with low altitude they will not shoot you down. Voila, you can roam the skyes freely.

3:33 i strongly disagree. you should totally go ahead and buy whatever weapons/gear looks useful. you really dont use pesos or animal skins for much else, and you'll get alot more of that oh-so-precious gun powder and supremo bonds from fnd caches and libertad crates that would otherwise be holding the item you just bought

Really good video. Thank you. I like to add something... the game doesn't tell you that you can COMPLETELY remap your entire control layout. To me, this is HUGE. No other fc game does that. I highly recommend everyone especially newcomers to take time and remap your controls. It made me a more efficient killer and I'm faster at collecting everything.

In Far Cry 6 there is no reason to use other ammo type than armor piercing rounds. Maybe explosive rounds for weapons. All enemies can be killed in 1 head shot with armor piercing rounds. The unarmoured units are weak anyway so they will die easily even if armor piercing rounds do reduced damage to them, they also die to a single headshot.

Rides are almost completely useless in Far Cry 6 considering you can use the wing suit.

Yah they stay gone, it actually clears the skies so you have an easier time flying around. And there are a finite number of antiaircraft, checkpoints, and bases to take over. If you haven’t cleared out all antiaircraft areas yet but still want to fly, just stay low enough to the ground to remain undetected.

I have encountered a game ending glitch. . . I cannot fire the main cannon of the tank, or the gun emplacement cannon. I have tried the default keys, changed them, nothing. I press the keys and all I hear is the click of the keys, nothing happens in game. I asked Ubisoft and they want me to send them a video of the issue. A video of nothing happening. . . Any thoughts? I've reverified the files twice and even uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing. Really want to finish this game.
