That's entirely incorrect. Two of these pseudos rarely use their megas to begin with. TTar historically has been ran in base far more and has seen far more competitive success. Garchomp's mega is arguably worse than his base form. Garchomp breaks the 100 speed tier in base form, but falls below it again when it mega evolves

My list 1 garchomp obviously 2 dragapult ye pokemon probably garchomp se bhi jyada takatwar because iski speed 3 hydreigon this pokemon has every coverage move in the world and it's speed is fixed with choice scarf 4 salamence dragon dance sweeper 5 metagross ye pokemon apne mega ke Bina bhi acha hai par gen 8 I don't think ye jyada use hya hai 6 kommo o ye pokemon bahut jyada khatarnak iska clangorous soul move iske sare stats bada deta hai aur fairies are not taking a poison jab 7 dragonite mughe is pokemon itna neeche nahi rakhna par shayad ye salamence ki jagah le sakta kyuki ye jyada bulky hai 8 tyranitar another great pokemon par kya karu bakiyo ki value jyada hai aur is pokemon ka mega is a complete waste literally ise extra attack stats nahi chaiye 9 goodra(not included hissuian form because that thing is top 3 material) Ye pokemon sab kuch kar sakta Hai par Isla speed problem sp Def op physical Def can tank a outrage
