@@DoxycDreamer the master duel banlist is different from tcg, they actually blend the OCG/TCG banlists together making a custom one based on player data since Mater Duel has a wider audience than TCG, example being Maxx C has been banned for years in TCG but in OCG/MD it's at 3(though I feel it needs to be banned in MD since the variety of decks used is wider making Maxx C more powerful than it's ever been)

Puppet field spell still FTKs with 1 card combo and we've already found ways to 2 card FTK using Horus or a fun spell we found. Plus we'll have more FTK lines once Fiendish Knight comes out (unless we get hit more). Sorry Sam but while we are far weaker we're still hanging on. You'll have to face Puppets a little bit longer.

@@aaronmackbfLong post to give a bit of info: Don't have the Horus cards but there's lines where you pitch the trap and during your opponent's draw phase you use it to reborn Number 40 to their field then pop it and win via CXYZ. Haven't learned it yet due to lacking Horus cards. We also found a 2 card FTK that needs Rogue/Soldier/Scissors (one of the 3) and a spell card, Metaltronus (sadly not searchable) to easily set up the Disaster Leo alt win con. Aside from that our end board if we miss the kill isn't too bad. A pop and burn and 1+ snatch steal (very rarely can be a triple steal). Plus, if we're running a bunch, usually 2+ handtraps. If you want to forgo handtraps you can run stuff like Allure and Foolish Burial Goods package (with the Crystal Beast trap and a Crystal Beast, Rainbow Dragonbeing the best due to being a level 8 for Trade In if you end up wanting to include it or, in very rare cases, an 8 on board if you find yourself tribute summoning to remove something from field. So we can have a near guarantee to have the field spell but struggle going second or play a more safe build that FTKs when it can and controls the board with handtraps and our effects when we can't since killing on turn 3 is insanely easy (and how most of my games go anyways). Once we get Fiendish Knight we also get back tons of FTK lines assuming we haven't take more hits before then, as well as much easier board breaking since it gives us another level 4 that can summon itself. That'd lead to easier access to Gigantes to steal 2 of their cards then make them 8s and go into rank 8 plays. The deck is clinging to life. Not dead but 1 or 2 more hits away from being dead. Definitely much weaker now though due to less ways to kill turn 1.

I think crystal beast is crazy underrated. That Deck has very powerful spell cards and combined with SE/Yubel/Springans/Horus it has insane diversity and flexibility. Very easy bodies on the board + a strong Boss Monster

You also have crazy spell cards like Golden Rule that can play around Droll. Crystal Bond/Rainbow Bridge/Awakening, they literally are insane Spell Cards. The Deck has a very high skill ceiling tho combined with the oder engine pieces

Glad to see Melodious up there. With plants, I’m toying around with a rank 8 toolbox variant with Rikka, Therion Lily, and Plant Princesses. Not sure if that makes it to can compete, especially since it can brick at times, but it’s a fun combo that can really pop off with all the rank 8 plants in there.

I actually prefer Snake eye Laval over fire king, I made a build using the Volcanic 3000atk guy that burns for each banished when summoned,and could almost pulled off a full burn on the opponents Standby phase using the Volcanic trap that burns for a targets atk but was always off by less than 1000lp and couldn't figure out the final piece

I'm interested to see what Raidraptors can do, if built properly. Rising Rebellion Falcon is a badass card that is unaffected by all other card effects. RRF is like Dark Dragoon on steroids, lol. Burn damage plus complete opponent board wipe upon summon. I am trying to build up the deck where it is able to compete against Yubel, probably using counter cards like Dark Ruler or Skill Drain (Skill Drain going 1st, Dark Ruler going 2nd) if able to get them in the opening hand.

As far as Yubel goes, I have a prediction that on the next ban list, Yubel will be getting hit hard, along with some other teir 0 decks. In my opinion, teir 0 decks that are toxic to other players shouldn't exist in the game. Yubel, if not addressed properly, will become just as toxic as the fire decks, and there'll be more complaints against Yubel in order for Konami to do something about it.

Like between fire kings and the fallen of albaz deck you've got the main interrupts like Imperm, called by, droll, solemn, pot of extrav, veiler, and dark ruler no more and ghost ogre

I mean, i play it only on Majors or big regionals for the competition, in my fun time i am happy that Purrely was mentioned as a solid Deck
