Yeah we can. The instruction manual says not to use ice bigger than 3cm.

They have increased M.R.P Earlier it was for 5999/- n discounts too used to change later they gave it for 5499/- . But now increased price is 7999/- on which discount offered was 4590/- .

I have been following it from the time it launched in june or july and i still found it better after so many months. I havent tried all others but from what I heard about other brands i found this to be better, and its performing well.
