Does anyone use a tilt trailer? What do you use it for? Never found them useful but maybe I'm missing something!

Shallow water boat launches. I've also used it to kick mine off a short ledge into a lake that had no boat ramp.

Iv got an ez load tilt trailer as well i could only assume maybe it’s for a drift boat loading into rivers i can’t think of any uses for our type of boats

This looks nearly identical to the Murray trailer that I just restored. A suggestion would be to take a closer look at where that rear most bolt hole is on that tongue. Mine was egged out so bad I had to buy new steel tubing and replace the tongue. The only reason I discovered that it was egged out was because I was going to remove the tongue to weld up a big crack. Mine was 1/16in wall and I replaced it with a 1/8in. I also added another grade 8 bolt much like what you did.

No I haven't done that yet, only personal projects so far
