The thing you should cover while reviewing gamepads is whether the controller uses xinput or directinput, since pc games that come with xbox style mapped controls do not support directinput gamepads.

Best control I've used is - 1) Red Gear Pro 2) Cosmic Byte Nebula 3) Power A I'll suggest always buy wireless because in wired gamepads their wire stops working after some time (in red gear & cosmic byte) then you have to shake that wire to run it properly so buy wireless. But power A is good they give you a detachable wire you can remove it and plug it no need to worry about wire.

I'm planning to buy a gamepad for android gaming on tv box.... The rpm euro gamepad has an upgraded abxy on amazon.... My doubt is that whether i should buy the wired or wireless version.... Which one would u recommend? Oh and I'm about to forget the most important question? Will the wired rpm gamepad work in x input mode on android? Used the redgear gamepad for over a year and it has some serious problems. The face button quality is top notch and sticks are great as well. There are 2 major problems though, the Dpad is horrible, it's super stiff and not accurate. So if you're planning to play any game even a little bit competitively, just dont get it. The second problem is the Trigger. While new the triggers feel amazing and work well, the issue is that the triggers are using a super thin spring and it breaks after extensive use. It's not replacable and your gamepad basically becomes useless when that happens and there is no easy way to fix it.

That first red controller was the first controller I bought for my PC when I was younger, I had no issues with it maybe yours got damaged in shipping? Or you got a faulty unit. Yeah the controller feels cheap but it gets the job done with x360ce. (Currently using an xbox 360 controller.)

RPM was the worst one I used, bought 3 gamepads none lasted more than a month. I thought it was because I was using it incorrectly. Always problems with the left analog. Had a redgear one before that, lasted more than a year. Finally ended up buying the Logitech f310, that is totally worth the money

The grip of controller is just amazing it's like the controller sticks to your hand and the vibration of controller is amazing. If you have budget get an Xbox Series or One controller. I used to have the read gear pro gamepad and I was dumb enough to use both the receiver at the same time, I thought that's how it worked, one day I kept my laptop in bag and both the receivers were connected, and I didn't realise that I've put the receiver side downward, so then both my receivers stopped working and the gamepad was then useless.

But i ordered the redgear pro wired version and it barely worked for like 3-4 months then stopped working, one of the analog sticks stopped working and got loose. How did you make yours work for like 5 years. Im considering or giving the wireless one another chance but im too scared. :(

U have missed most important point in controller. .You have not mentioned about Direct input and X-input. ▪️Livetech actually a plug and play controller . As it is a Direct input controller, it only works directly on old games. ▪️To work on latest games the controller should have X-Input. ▪️X-Input Controllers are costly as start from ₹900/- ▪️All the controller available in market in cheap price in between ₹800/- are Direct Input Controllers.

Don't buy Red Gear wireless, it's a piece of crap : 1. Kuch din use krne ke baad frequent disconnection ka issue aane lagta hai, jo ki cable lagane se bhi kabhi kabhi theek nahi hota. mera personal experience hai ye and after that i checked on amazon as well nd waha bhi bahot logo ke reviews yahi hain. 2. Analog sticks ka deadzone problem bhi hota hai kabhi kabhi. 3. sometimes you'll feel delay in button response.(this one is rare, but it happens!) 4. Ye gamepad bina dongle ke kaam nahi krta, matlab esa nahi hai ki only wire se connect krke use kr sakte ho, iske liye dongle laga hona chaiye because i think drivers ya maybe device id/type vo dongle me hi hain usi se computer recognize krta hai, dongle gya toh wire se connect krke bhi use nahi kr sakte!
