I'm not excited for Urgent Necropsy. If I'm playing a deck that is yeeting cards into the yard I don't wanna exile several of them and pay 4 mana to remove some stuff. And I also don't want my removal to be so dependent on the state of my yard. I like my removal to be clutch.

does Bojuka Bog stop cards like Urgent Necropsy from targeting stuff in your own graveyard to exile???

Bojuka Bog has a one time effect when it enters the battlefield. If you used it to exile your own graveyard (which is generally not the most optimal use) then you would not have many cards left in your graveyard to use for collecting evidence. But it doesn’t have any perpetual effect and you generally shouldn’t be using Bojuka Bog on your own graveyard in the first place.

@@JakeandJoelareMagic The New mechanics overall aren't very good. Gathering evidence is probably the best but it is not fantastic outside a card or two. Cloaking as an "upgrade" to manifest (the biggest comparison generally given) doesn't improve the mechanic in any meaningful way. Seems generally as a filler set to follow the op set that is Ixalan. Also, for a set that is on Ravnica, the art style screams New Capenna. The blending of the two takes away from both in terms of originality and flavor. Finally, the normal overall product fatigue. This set is so middling outside of a few cards it's completely forgettable. For example, the green charm that y'all have as a top card isn't all that strong in its own color and in EDH is only applicable to mono or heavily slanted in a dual color build. The blue charm is much better in its color pie position. I speak here for myself but of all the magic related people I've talked to in person have seen this set outside of a few cards to just be a resounding "Meh"

I’m very excited for the limited environment. Drafting this should be a blast (I loved the last face down limited) and I’m really looking forward to that. But I’m also happy that after LCI there are only a handful of cards in the set that I want for EDH.
