26:58 I have received many such fake IVR calls. But in my case, receiving IVR calls was the exact reason why I DIDN'T TRUST those calls. My psychology says that a recorded call / message is more prone to be a fraud one. I too have been told to press 0, or 2, or 9, to stop some "service" or speak to an "executive". I have immediately disconnected those calls.
