I'll be honest, the condescending nature you carry when reviewing people's decks that don't necessarily vibe with your "elite" choices is a bit much. Just give props for the tech choices and move on. No need to question if something is "that good" when it clearly put in a level of work or it wouldn't have gotten mentioned. You did the same thing with BSF White Plains. Give the proper credit for people with a lil ingenuity.

@@machina5 it doesn't need to be and it's rubbing me the wrong way now. People put similar time and effort and decision making into their choices. They shouldn't be shit on for being different from whatever build is consistent. If it tops and it's different, it should be looked at closer because that shows a level of skill and ability others clearly don't have IMO

@@jmuggah I agree 100%. For how casual focused the game is people take it way too seriously and are way too critical and mean to each other. The constant need to diminish the accomplishments of other players is weird.

This is a really weird take. I can agree and disagree with choices as I am a player, and the people watching can discuss. You can top while running weird and even wrong choices in deck construction. If you find the way I speak condescending that's literally on you, because I don't go out of the way to change my tone to diminish other people's achievements. And no, I didn't do the same thing with White Plains. I recall some people in the comments disliked how I skipped over 3rd and 4th place because their lineup was all meta deck choices, but that is just how I've done every single one of those videos.

@@WorldClassCardfighters my only issue with that thinking is considering any card a "wrong choice". The great thing with the game of vanguard is the ability to have incredible variance with decks despite builds that suggest their the best for any particular boss. There are no wrong choices if it works. Only if it doesn't. And in particular it was the team named "mcnuggies" where you kinda made a sly remark in regards to the hammsuke deck on a team that went top 3. Understandably that the deck is known to be kinda meh, but if someone was able to take it to top 3 that's something that should be considered notable. Maybe you're right and the way my ears perceive your tone of voice comes off in such a manner, and for that I apologize since it's clearly not your intent to come off that way

One of the cards from the Varjua deck in CoroCoro Magazine. His effect is when discarded during your turn, look at top 5 add 1 normal order. So mainly ditch fodder for Overlord.
