The title is a JOKE. This is an exhibition battle between 2 of my fav POPPERS, Boogie Frantick and Slim Boogie at GR818ERS "Flava of the Year" and whadda ya know, they even do some POPPING to DUBSTEP in there!
PS: any comments or arguments regarding who won will be deleted, not what this is about.

Thank you much for explaining, I love watching this kind of dancing. But I thought just part of the dance was popping (what about locking? it used to be pop & lock) and the rest was, I don't know, gliding, slo-mo, floor work... What I DO know is that these dancers are as talented and skilled as ballet dancers or any other kind. When I watched Boogie Frantick interpret "Roads" by Portishead I was so so moved, great emotion comes thru this dancing.

PT3. The term Break boys (BBOYS) was given to the dancers that would jump into circles during the break of a DJ's set. These set were made up of Latin and Hip Hop style music. Just as "Poppers" began dancing to HipHop even tho that dance wasn't born to that GENRE OF MUSIC it was adopted into it. JUST AS DANCING LIKE NONSTOP hear dubstep and interpret of the sounds as a popper. Dubstep has adopted Poppers into the Genre and calls poppers getting down to dubstep dubsteppers.

When u see people dancing at these events they are most likely to be " bending there legs with a lil bounce whilst moving there hips or u get the people who jus bounce on the spot moving there arms to the bass line or people moshing!!! There's no tickin bottin waving dimin tuttin sliding robot-in slo-mo but all these styles do look sick amazing to dubstep

favourite moments 3:22 - 3:33 5:00 - end of that round. Frantick was on fire. In particular 5:35 and 5:42. 9:45 (the way hit that single beat) and waaaaay too many others to name. damn my favourite battle. I stopped popping because of school and laziness (caused by scool), but this battle makes me want to pop again. Thx alot!

Pt 2. and for anyone who goes as far as to say that marquese is popping to dubstep, your mistaken cause he isn't just popping. He is using moves from many different styles and because there is a plethora of styles being used you can't just say that he is a "popper" or "Popping" he is street dancing or an urban dancer as all of the styles were born in URBAN neighborhoods.
