Reminder: if your parents are home still do it in your room or in any place in your house a lot of people say it’s embarrassing for parents or family members to walk in you working out but don’t feel embarrassed it just means you want to be healthy! And have a nice good body! Just reminding

doing this for three weeks!! start: august 10, 2024 end: september 4, 2024 weight: 51kg goal: 41kg disclaimer: yes ik that 41kg it’s a reach, but for my age I should already be at that weight cause I have belly fat. going to try and keep this going for as long as possible and I will try to keep updating. (trying to stay in a calorie deficit) day 1: ❌ my back is so sore from sky zone, I was dying trying to do this workout. but I sadly couldn’t 😢 day 2: ❌ wasn’t home the whole day day 3: ✅ started burning during the workout, but I felt really good after day 4: ✅ felt very hot after, no differences yet. day 5: day 6: day 7: like to remind me! sry guys lost the motivation to do this.

Doing this exercise for 15 Days: Age:19 Weight:64kg Height: 5'2"(158 cm) Day 1: really hard, took 10s break for each exercise,leg got paining but somehow managed to complete all the exercises ❤ Day2: my hip area was so painful caz of day 1 exercise but did all exercises nd gave 10s for each exercise break. Little harder but for sure u must do it❤ Day3: it was much easier to do and I can clearly see some inches reduced ❤️ Day 4: thighs paining but still did all the exercises ❤ Day5: Last exercise was bit hard but did it ❤️ really my body feels light and can see the hip area nd chest area got reduced a bit ❤️ Day 6: Did my workout and felt so sweaty 🥵 and I can clearly see the reduction of my side fat❤️ Day 7: Didn't do caz I got my periods ❤️ Day 8:Did my workout easily ❤️ And today I felt my side breast fat also got reduced many inches ❤️ Day 9: did my workout but some exercise were hard ❤️ Day 10: Done my workout twice caz I was hyperactive today 😂❤️ Day 11: Done my workout and I sweated a lot I can definitely see many inches reduced please do this exercise regularly ❤️ Day 12: Done my exercise and I can see my side breast fat reduced and some abs kinda line came not sure wt it is ❤️ Day 13: Done my exercise and consistency is the matter ❤️ Day 14: Done my exercise and felt easy ❤️ Day 15: Finally the big day🎉 I had completed my exercise andy waist size reduced a lot and side breast fat also reduced and can see front belly is little bit stiff and nowy weight 61 kg .. not only this exercise help me reduce the fat but also the diet and drinks I had to reduce my weight ❤️

──★ doing this for three months !! start: june 11, 2024 end: september 11, 2024 weight: 66 kg goal: 51 kg ──★ btw this isnt the only thing im doing on this three month journey. im doing this and another workout, eating in a calorie deficit, walking 10k steps everyday, drinking 8 water bottles a day, and intermittent fasting !! day 1(6/11):✅️ day 2(6/12):✅️ day 3(6/13):✅ day 4(6/14):✅️ day 5(6/15):✅️ i almost couldn't do it today because i was busy all day. luckily, i was able to fit it into my schedule !! day 6(6/16):✅ day 7(6/17):✅ completed a week of the workout! i can tell that it's working, my waist has gotten a bit smaller!! day 8(6/18):✅ i always get scared when im doing the workout because i dont want my family to walk in to me doing it T.T day 9(6/19):✅️ day 10(6/20):✅️ day 11(6/21):✅️ day 12(6/22):✅️ day 13(6/23):✅️ day 14(6/24):✅️ 2 weeks complete!! hopefylly i dont have much hw tmr so i could go on a run !! day 79(8/28):✅️ I DID A 24 HR FAST! im so proud of myself :) i never thought id be able to do it since ive been binging fir the past couple of days. day 80(8/29):✅️ still doing a fast, im now 143 lbs !! :) i finished the fast at 44 hours and i ate rice with chicken after. im 141 lbs !! day 81(8/30):✅️ 139 pounds :))!! day 82(8/31):✅️ 140 pounds day 83(9/01):✅️ 141 pounds day 84(9/02):✅️ 140 pounds day 85(9/03):✅️ 140 pounds !!! day 86(9/04):✅️ 141 pounds day 86(9/05):❌️ day 87(9/06):❌️ day 88(9/07):❌️ day 89(9/08):✅️ 143 day 90(9/09):✅️ 144 day 91 (9/10):✅️ 144 day 92(9/11): ✅️ the last day i will be recording. from the start i was 147 and now im 143. thank you all from staying with me and helping me on this jorney :) i want to say that you wont lose weight just by doing this workout, make sure to eat properly, drink lots of water, and add more workouts because this wont be enough. it made a change in my waist but it wont help you lose a lot of weight. during this challenge, i felt like i wasnt doing enough and thatd why i didnt meet my goal. and yes, i would binge eat on some days and i would lose so much motivation but i kept going. im suprised i was able to do this for so long. even though i didnt lose a lot of weight, im happy that i stayed consistent. results : 143 lbs anyways ill update you guys in a month, october 11, im going to keep on with my weight loss journey because i really want to lose 30 pounds before my birthdayin december. thank you, see you in a month. october 11: hello!! im back :3 within the month, i gained weight and was at 148lbs. but i also lost 8 lbs and im 140 lbs now. i also fasted for 3 days which helped with my binge addiction. ill come back next month !! results: 140 lbs november 11: hi !! okay so i gained weight but me and my frien decided to lose weoght together. i also have been feeling really down lately which led me to binge eating multiple times throughout the month. luckily, i would always try to get back in the mindset of loosing weight. enough of talking haha. i gained weight, from 140 to 145. im trying to lose it off. so instead of coming back monthly, ill come back weekly. i think ill also make a new comment because this one is getting too long lol. january 6: happy new years ! i didnt meet my goal last year but i will this year ! well- i kinda have to since im graduating this year and i have my quince (15 bday) this year so i have to fit in that dress ! lol. anyways, i have a better plan this year and ive learned a lot.. hopefully i can reach my goal before i graduate !

I started these exercises in the month of 11/22, 2024, and now it is 1/20, 2025, meaning I practiced these exercises for 3 months, and the difference is amazing. I recommend these exercises.

Current weight: 145lbs Start: September 1st End: October 1st Goal weight: 125lbs Sept 1st: My legs are sore and tired, but I definitely got my blood pumping! Sept 2nd: When I woke up, my sides were feeling the workout. I just completed it and my body is still exhausted afterwards. Sept 3rd: my thighs and waist are sore, but it's getting easier to workout. Sept 4th: completed! It's starting to actually loosen my sore muscles. Sept 5th: still going strong! If I can do it, so can you! And i typically do these after working a night shift, so I'm really pulling through.

imma do this for 2 weeks! :) Day 1: tiring Day 2: i feel good and tired Day 3: Wow I lost some belly fat! Day 4: i don’t feel tired more like good Day 5: My body got slimmer! Day 6: ITS TURNING OUT GOOD! Day 7: MY BELLY GOT SKINNER AND SLIM Day 8: i can really notice my collarbone! Day 9: my belly got skinny but still going! Day 10: starting to see some abs Day 11: my family even noticed my weight loss! Day 12: i memorized it so it was easier Day 13: im starting to see it more than before Day 14: I LOVE THE RESULTS! i got abs, slim body, flat belly, plus my collarbone shows and my neck is skinner!

Doing this exercise for 14 days! Weight : 48kg Goal: 44 kg Start : 21st January 2025 Remind me by liking/replying! Day 1: Done ✅ Day 2: Done ✅ Day 3: Done ✅ Day 4: Done ✅ Day 5: Done ✅ Day 6: Done ✅ Day 7: Done ✅ This exercise is AMAZING!!! So far I saw a little bit of results and lost 2 pounds in a week, I also started walking for 10 mins after every meal (today). I’ll update you guys after 1 more week Day 8 : Done ✅ Day 9: Done ✅ Day 10: Done ✅ Day 11: Done ✅ Day 12: Done ✅ Day 13: Done ✅ Day 14: Done ✅ Okay sooo I completed the exercise and I honestly now weigh 45.8 kg which is not bad but only bc I was eating junk food. If u basically just watch how many calories ur eating and be consistent then you WILL reach your goal!!! Don’t give up!!!! :)

Don’t be too hard on yourself. It’s clear you want to lose weight, but remover don’t overdo it. Don’t starve yourself, weight loss is all about self control, the key is burning more calories than you are eating. I know I’m some stranger on the internet but I fully believe you can do it.:) don’t give up

I did this for 14 days with a food diet AND IT WORKED!!!! (I totally recommend this exercise!!) I got abs a slim waist, and my legs were skinnier lol my 🍑 grew and my arms were stronger DO ITTTT!!!!! My collarbone and neck could never be so visible lol

Weight: 69kg Goal: 55kg Height: 1,72cm Waist: 83cm Day 1: ☑ Day 2: ☑I felt a little burn behind my knees but I was able to do it very well :D Day 3: ☑ Day 4: ❌ I can't do it Day 5: ☑ Day 6: ☑ Day 7: ☑ my waist is definitely more defined, my belly feels so much toned and I starting to see the hourglass figure, I'm so happy

Я делаю 1 раз в день с ещё одной тренировкой. 2 день☑️ ноги болят. Изменений не вижу 3 день✖️ я была занята, так как приехали гости. Завтра буду делать в двойне 4день☑️ занималась в двойне. Талия:69 5день☑️ сделано. Всё ещё ощущаю боль в ногах. После тренировки пью много воды 6 день☑️ вижу некоторые изменения. Ноги уже перестали болеть. Завтра уезжаю к сестре, поэтому сегодня занималась в двойне. 7 день:✖️ я сделала упражнения за этот день вчера. Я уезжала 8 день ☑️ + 20 сек планка Талия:68,5 9 день ☑️ наверное продолжу до 30 дней. Результаты очень медленные 10 день☑️ Наконец-то начала ощущать реальные результаты. Doing this for 1 week! Like to remind Day 1 ✅ - felt easy, still no result (obviously) but hoping for changes! Day 2 ✅ - was easier today Day 3 ✅ - I kinda see a little weight loss Day 4 ✅ - I memoriesed the exercises and it's so easy! Day 5 ✅ - I see so much result! Hello, I am Turkish. I decided to do the video because it was trending on Pinterest. Since the school is on holiday, this is the best time to do it for 2 weeks. I hope I don't skip it. Today is my first day and I did it (successfully) the exercises are not difficult but since it was 40 seconds, I had a hard time towards the end. See you on the other days. OMG!! Last tuesday I had the urge to check my weight to see if I've made any difference so I did and to my surprise I lost 2kg already!! From 57 I went to 55! I'm really glad I found this workout!!

I will be doing this workout with my own arm and leg workouts added on for about a week. This also means to eat healthy and have no junk food. Starting: 6/6/2024 Ending: 6/13/2024. Age: 14 yrs Weight: 50 kg Height: 5’4 (162.56 cm ) Day 1: ✅ I haven’t done a workout for weeks now and I have gained some weight. This workout video was okay considering I just started again, but adding the arm workouts and leg workouts I got tired and was sweating and I could also feel the workouts doing something :). Edit: if anyone is reading this, I recommend doing some warm ups before the workout and stretches after the workout. Also, I do take rest days because it is good when building muscles (on those days I would just do stretches). Day 2: ✅ Today was much easier and I already made an improvement on eating healthier. I could still feel the burn in my abs and legs. I’m staying motivated! Day 3: ✅ It has gotten easier to do, but I still feel the burn and I sweat a lot. I can see very LITTLE changes in my abs and in obtaining the hourglass figure I want, so I might stick with this for more than 7 days. For now I will see my progress throughout the 7 days. Rest day: ✅ I just did some stretches. Day 4: ✅ Easy.

Doing this for 2 weeks to see if there will be changes Current weight - 65kg Goal weight-58kg Day 1 ✅ did all the exercises was difficult for ‘cos I just came back from a 10k steps per day. Please like to remind me Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ I try not to each much during the day. Day 5 ✅, I still find some exercises difficult but I’m trying the best I can. Ate a burger for a snack today. Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 I’m not yet sure about today Update: I might not have the time to updating as I’m very busy, I had to download this exercise ‘cos I don’t have wifi network when I’m in our stadium I do this exercise when I’m done with my walks for the day. Will continue updating when I have the time but this exercise sure helps.

@ yes I just got tired of updating I pair it with 9-10k steps per day and I don’t eat much during day, sometimes it doesn’t even matter what I eat as long as my body is in motion it will burn fat.

I’m doing this for a glow up at school! :) Day 1-✔️ It was a bit tiring but I managed it!. But still no changes :) Day 2-✔️When I woke up I felt a bit tired but at 6:58 I did the workout. Буду делать эту тренировку месяц, посмотрим , что выйдет. Я страдаю от расстройства пищевого поведения, но сейчас стараюсь есть так, как нормальные люди. Но в последнее время немного набрала.. Еще я занимаюсь другими тренировками (когда есть желание) желаю всем удачи! Хочу подтянуть свое тело, ведь я очень быстро похудела, и тело не очень хорошего качества 1 день : сделала, + около 30 минут кардио,+ тренировка на руки 2 день: сделала, + тренировка на руки и ягодицы,+ еще одна тренировка на талию 3 день : сделала 4 день : не сделала, так как была в аквапарке 5 день : сделала 6 день: забыла 7 день : забыла 8 день : забыла 9 день : вспомнила. Но решила бросить, и начать более тяжелые тренировке. Всем удачи!

Doing this for 2 weeks ;3 Start: 8th of November Waist: 67 cm (26,3 inches) End: 22nd of November Waist: 61cm! (24,01 inches) 💞 Day 1: ✅ (x2) Day 2: ✅ (x2 + 15 min body workout + 10 min routine) Day 3: ✅ (x2 + full body workout x2 + another full body workout + x4 small routine so digestion works better) Day 4: ✅ (just one cause I had barely time :(, but walked +13k steps tho) Day 5: ✅ ( x2+ 50min-1 hour running + 20k steps!) Day 6: ❌ (I didn't have time + was so tired) Day 7: ✅ (did each exercise 1 minute instead of 45 seconds and also went to the gym!) I’m doing this for 10 days Info: Waist size: 26inches Thigh size: 22 inches Day 1: I paused a lot, definitely felt the burn and sweated(a good sign) No visible changes. Day 2: Was a bit harder than yesterday but I finished it still. Still no visible changes.

Day 1: Did not see much change BTW, I DO THIS 2 TIMES A DAY Day 2: Noticed my belly starting to go a teeny little bit down Day 3: From the side u can see that it is flat, I also lost weight too! Day 4: Still the same, but when I eat, it doesn't put on much weight Day 5: I can start to see little bitty abs popping in Day 6: Still the same but my legs are slim (I only did it one time today) Day 7: Still the same (the only negative thing about loving weight having slim thighs is that your butt get smaller, but I do 50 squats everyday so it helps) Day 8: I can notice my waist tightening but stomach still the same VERY VERY SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING YOU GUYS, I LOST MY COMPUTER CHARGER BUT I WAS STILL ABLE TO DO THE EXERCISES FROM A DIFFERENT DEVICE Day 10: Super tight waist but not flat stomach its flat from the side but can't see much from the front, I feel like this video is more from tight waist than flat stomach but still really happy with the results THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME UPDATING U GUYS BECAUSE I AM SUPER BUSY BUT THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT!! I did this exercise in June, and the outcomes were definitely positive! Due to my hectic schedule with school and traveling, I am only leaving a comment (In November this year). I wanted to report that I shed seven kilograms in just two weeks! Now that I weigh 70 kg instead of 77k, this was definitely worth it. Although I haven't noticed any changes, my family and relatives have definitely told me that I have lost weight. (I am currently 170 cm, 5'7", and 14 years old).

@@bloomingflwrs I did this trick where I would have a diet on Sunday all the way to Friday and on one of the days (Saturday) I would eat whatever I want. And it works well! I sometimes even did 2 days! Hope this helps

I started on January 4th and I already see results! No diet, I drink green tea which helps me lose weight. I also do 1 minute of core strengthening at the beginning, 30 seconds at the end of the 5th exercise and 1 minute again at the end (30 seconds when I don't feel like doing the 1 minute). I do it once a day (2 on days when I have my whole day to do nothing) and I walk a lot!

Hello, I did exercises and on the third day, you will feel pain in the waist and legs on the second day. However, continue training until you reach the body you want. Note: I have a waist, why do I have a big stomach, but I did it to reduce a little fat. 😢 In these 3 days, I feel that there is a lot of difference. I was shocked by these 3 days and there was a difference

i’ll try and update as i go !! 103 lb 162 cm (current) day 1: 2x video, it was fun and also easy to learn, my legs hurt a little though day 2: i didn’t have time because of midterms but i did feel quite sore in my waist area and calfs ! day 3: 2x, it did burn a lot today and i was having a lot more trouble then the first day but i kept going !

Day1-✅️ obvi no process just a bit tired not really Dqy2-✅️tired because it was right after school but felt good after Day3-✅️rlly tired as just got home from a after school club but feeling proud for still doing it! Started: May 25 Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 ✅️ Day 5 ✖️ Day 6 ✅️ Day 7 ✅️ Day 8 ✅️ Didn't really see results Day 9 ✅️ I redid the measurements and yes there was actually difference Day 10 ✖️ Missed it Day 11 and 12 Skipped both days because I noticed that I had actually reduced on other parts of my body but only wanted that for my tummy. It's Day 13 now and I'm not sure whether I'd actually workout or not. Do mind what you eat though if you want to see difference. Please like to remind me. Hihiiii Here I am, just here to encourage others It's 7th of August and I came to say hi and encourage y'all that want to do this. Don't be like me😂😭

Собираюсь делать это 20 дней Талия (75 см ) День 1:сделано , ппц сложно но я сделала! День 2:сделано,стало немного легче делать. День 3: сделано ,уже немного легче делать. День 4:начинаються пропуски, не сделано , было лень. День 5: также пропустила , причина та же . День 6:продолжаю пропускать , ехали в деревню , не сделала . День 7:начинаю возращать долги , пол скрипел нещадно.

Doing this till school starts! (sept 6th) 14/08: ✅started off really well! quite easy for me and im feeling really confident about being able to do this still september. I don't have a flat stomach and this is why im doing this exercise, i hope i'll somewhat lose weight by september :) update tmr!! 15/08: ✅I felt lighter today when doing it and it was definitely easier getting through it today, not much change but im starting to lose weight since im doing 3 different exercises and going on walks everyday and eating healthily. im happy im off to a good start. i'll update u all the next day
