While my initial thoughts of the moonshot cushion were good because of your review, when I wore it under a mask it got splotchy. it does have a nice glow. And for me definitely isn't mask proof. Everyone has a different experience though. 😊 Thanks for sharing your top cushions! I really have been wanting to try the JSM and Innisfree cushions! 😄

This is the very first review of cushions I've watched, as I just learned what cushion foundation is today. I'm very excited to try these! I do hope atleast one of these is available at my local Ulta or Sephora, as I hate to spend money on foundation without being able to color match first (my skin is quite dry, and my undertone is neutral and very difficult to match for some weird reason). Fingers crossed that I'm able to find these!

I have dry, sensitive skin. I tried using Kill Cover, and I wouldn't say it clung to dry patches, but it seemed to settle and cling to my skin and kinda separate. What cushion would you recommend? Do you feel any of these settle in very fine lines? I have some fine lines on my forehead that aren't noticeable unless makeup cakes into them. Also, what bases do you underneath your cushion?

Why don’t you try the calming fit cushion from moonshot. I recommend apply a thick moisturizer as a primer or a sunscreen with glassy finish before apply the cushion. If you set your face with powder then you should wait until the product sets down.

Hi heyin, I absolutely adore your reviews love. So I have been looking at buying a cushion foundation for a long time now but I haven’t had the chance to so I’ve never really tried one yet. But I was wondering if you could give me a recommendation based on by skin type. I used the Laneige Neo Matte Cushion, no matter how I prep my skin, it just can't absorb to my skin and makes my skin looks dry. After a few hours i see foundation stucked in my pores, it doesn't blend it to my skin, tbh it's not for my skin, disappointed bc it was do hyped and pricey. I'm so scared of cushions that has 'powdery' things. Gonna try moonshot microfit cushion after this.

I have mixed skin, but it's winter and I'm pretty dry. The Clio was really patchy on me. It didn't get stuck on dry skin, but it seemed to cake in certain areas more.

Will setting a layer of loose powder combat the problem then (but then again it kinda defeats the purpose of a glow cushion lol)?
