Ive been using this Boon build for like 2days now, its been so amazing! haha. I dont have Tenacity yet but i use either Deja Vu or Windows for that slot. Such a fun and awesome build. I had the totem right by the Exit gate with only 3 of us alive. The killer kept slugging and leaving us on the ground, we just get right back up and get everyone out of there haha best game ive had in such a long time

Not sure why people push dead hard, decisive and Andrenaline as "Mets Perks" at all. If you just look st them then it should be clear. Two of those perks used to be good but as we all know they got nerfed and are completely situational now. All a killer has to do is look at the survivor trying to annoy him, turn around and go find someone else and those perks become practically useless and even if you do get to use them does anyone remember how many times you get to use them in a match? Seems a bit underwhelming doesnt it? Adrenaline is only useful "If" you make it to the end game to possibly escape a killer that you have kept distracted and that is only valid assuming all goes according to plan (also with a lot of luck) you might be able to bolt away to a gate that is hopefully being opened however it seems like a waste of a perk slot. Seriously it seems that the people who push those three perks as Meta are just parroting BS which is why anyone is delusional enough to use the perks under this bizarre assumption that they hold any value.

@BabysitterSky You really think just because a bunch of big content creators parrot the same thing that makes it indisputable? Now this particular channel is run by a guy who genuinely seems to try to come up with some interesting perk combos so no disrespect is intended and I'm not saying he is wrong when he said that a bunch of talking heads call these perks meta but should they be? The same can be said for the way they talk about looping killers. There are content creators who can tell you nearly how much time you can make a killer waste by running them around a specific type of tile, whether you should run clockwise or counter clockwise, when to mind game and when not to and a few other things which they treat like game play etiquette but could there be a better way or are they suggesting that this the only way to handle pro killers? I have played many games over the years, and few people become great by just listening to what the more vocal individuals claim as "Meta" The one value these meta perks bring is they show you that some of these builds are only viable if you can manipulate the killer to play a certain way but with that in mind there seem to be perks far more worthy of being a new meta then the ones being used. But that's just my opinion.

@642BigT well there are a lot of perks that viable meta builds can be structured around. I tend to focus on perks that for the most part are not a one time use in a match or at least aren't guaranteed to be. For example distortion is a great perk but you might not get to use it if the killer has no aura reading but if they do then you can potentially get a lot of use out of it, especially if you replenish your tokens. Alternatively you have your information gathering perks. I find perks like aftercare are too fickle since the killer will naturally cancel it out as the game progresses, so you might not get good use out of it but Bond and Empathy are solid to see where teammates are and in turn it can also give you an idea of where the killer is. The most under used perks are the distraction perks. If you use Deja Vu so you know where the three closest gens are, but the killer is patrolling that area so you can use red herring to try and lead him off to another gen further away before you start working on it. Add a perk like Alert so you can spy on them when they kick gens for more Intel on the patrol route. Alternatively you could go with a different distraction build like deception and lightweight to draw a killers attention elsewhere while losing your scratch marks faster so you can vacate the area. If you include Bond in that build then you can be sure that you are also not luring him over to a nearby teammate. I bring these distraction builds up because they are a valid way to waste a killers time in cases where your not good at surviving chases.
