For the sheet metal worker making the head gaskets... I have seen people working with sheet metal in Africa making chicken feeders, waterers and buckets. I was aghast when I saw how incredibly sharp the edges of the metal are! My hands would be shredded in a single day of working bare-handed like that! They have to get a precise feel of how to handle this metal without slicing their hands up! I watch in fascination seeing their sureness and skill creating these precise metal products! My hat is off to them!

They do the best they can with what they have. Though work. Look at the equipment. Look at the overall conditions of the environment they work it. They don't even seen to have someone to clean and maintain the equipment they use. The floor is dirt. There is scrap and trash everywhere. Not the best conditions to work in. At least in this shop, they see to have some safety equipment such as masks and gloves. I doubt anyone would be willing to deal with acid washes without gloves. Not an easy life that is for sure.

Another was fabricating steel parts and having to pick them up off the ground individually at least 6 different times instead of letting them land on a tarp or in a basket or even using a bench or table of some sort.

На что смотрит руководство этого предприятия. Таких деятелей нужно арестовать и посадить в тюрьму и открыть уголовное дело по факту использования труда людей приносящий им увечья и вред на почве не качественного технического оборудования и нарушения техники безопасности.
