I love love love analyzing and dissecting quotes from a book because, imo, isolating sentences from a book is a pretty good indicator of how good and skillful the writer is at encapsulating themes and ideas. I personally haven't read The Handmaid's Tale but I really, really want to!

wow love you analyzed this and relate the quotes from a classical to today's themes! even tho I haven't read the handmaid's tale, I do feel (for what I know it's about and context) it still has some issues that even today can be relatable
