Then you'd probably run a shady establishment. If a critic just wanted to write down bad stuff about a restaurant for the lolz, they wouldn't even go to the trouble of sneaking in. If the establishment is honest about its food quality pricing and cleanliness then they should welcome the free publicity that comes with a positive review.
