Not just brakes, mostly looks like it's just unbalanced all around as soon as you start pushing the limits. I think they might've been looking to rely on downforce instead of mechanical grip for the rear on such a high speed course, which is bad news in such a high power car.

It's the first test session, I bet it's still having the suspension settings dialed in. It looks like the car is setup a little too "pointy." Turn in is the sharpest I've ever seen, too much for the rears to handle
