Would be really cool if there was a list of build guides where they were indexed by uniques that are rare in SSF and a build that uses that unique. I have a lot of cool stuff but I have no idea what to do with it. Very cool walk through though, now I have some ideas to check out.

i think for the pen and the doryani's prototype thing, the helmet "eye of malice" can also gives you a shitton of pen, but you need to have some pen already build in (it just multiply the pen so for build that use multiple curse, for example an occultist with elemental curse and ele weakness, it does wonder)

I had the contrary experience. Self cursing was too big of a hassle and without it it's almost pointless. Also, now it's dead. Since I'm mostly playing melee DoT builds, it doesn't do anything for me either. It's useless to me.

Or you just dont play SSF but you only buy all cards crafting items that can get you one thing. Headhunter :) best way to save currency. I sell some items but those items i can never buy back ofc, cause im not allowed to buy anything except for switching some currencys (but not for economical benefit)

I was surprised not to see Redblade Banner here - there is the whole general's warcry build which is enables at the moment, but it's also just super strong on any build that uses warcries, endurance charges, etc.

the 20% more damage taken is largely offset by the 10% max res if you can hold your guard skill most of the time. 10% res at 75% is 40% less damage taken, 28% if we count the 20% more damage taken. it is also great if you're playing a build for bossing where you know when you'll get hit, it allows tanking atziri flameblast, sometimes shaper slam etc... it is very niche but if you can exploit the ~40% less elemental damage taken during a guard skill, it is very strong.

really interesting and fun to watch, thanks. just got a diadem yesterday, and am using it on toxic rain ranger, and its ES would work even better on Trickster for the Ghost Shroud ascendancy points. Without Diadem, TR needs Clarity and I had 4 points in RMR nodes, but Eldritch Battery fixes that. Combined with Impresence, I get to add Despair and Vitality to Malevolence and Flesh and Stone. Vitality was the only other aura I could fit in, but 5-10% of total health regen each second at lvl 90 for free is nice in between Feast of Flesh. P.S. Scorpion's Call quiver is awesome for bow builds that use Flesh and Stone. It's a free onslaught AS effect even though i never stay in blood stance with TR.

I played a trapper with devouring diadem and tinkerskin this league, allowed me to easily have a bunch of auras and easier to get than slavedrivers hands, i don't play ssf but they are possible to target farm

Awesome vid, i definitly think crest of desire is missing tho. It is, in my opinion, the most build enabling helmet in the game and for a lot of builds definitly best in slot. A well divined one can give +8 socketed gems and up to 50% qual, when paired with alt qual gems the results are absolutly insane. I cant recommend it enough
