Others have said it and i agree Kiyo’s is one of if not the most brutal and terrifying executions, being boiled alive is one of the most notoriously painful methods of executing someone. Not to mention that not only did he lose his body, he lost his soul. His actual essence was removed from existence

I mean just the trash compactor itself isn't so bad, but the victims are forced to face backwards the trash compactor, they can only hear the sound as it approaches, and have no idea when the final one will hit. It's really despaired and psychotically torturing , it's not the fear of death, but the fear of unknown. Even Kyoko can't hide her fear and broke her composure, it's really torturing for the victim.

Well actually kiyo's and kirumi execution are based off japenese execution used for brutal punishment and torment, kiyos execution is based off the actual melting pot used to destroy a evil person, and kirumi execution is based of a story about a man who sinned and was sent to the underworld as punishment, after finding a way out of, the man tried to climb his way out, but other poor souls notice the rope and tried to climb it aswell, but since there was so many soul trying to escape, the rope broke, leaving the man helpless and unable to escape the underworld.

The most brutal one in my opinion was Korekiyo's. He promised to see his friends and watch them in the afterlife, only to killed as a ghost not just by Monokuma..but also by the sister that he thought he loved so very much.

I think kiyo and mondo's executions should be higher. Being boiled alive and dying because you _melted_ is probably one of the most painful ways to die. and Mondo was turned into butter, which means that all his organs were most likely crushed and mixed together until they look like butter. Which is pretty much impressive and grotesque if you think about it.

I still think Chaiki's was painful, just like Kirumi, Monokuma gave her false hope of her surviving. Chiaki's whole execution was anxiety inducing, like the first level where all the Monomis where shot one by one till it would've eventually been her turn but decided to run for it, only to reach a dead end and have her friend (correct me if I'm wrong about their relationship) crushed, y'know, just a subtle reminder that *that's gonna be you in the next 4 seconds* I mean, I still think Korekiyo's should be 3rd, but I'd rank Chiaki's 4th because even though it was a quick death, it's still considerably painful to have your last hope shatter before your eyes, that and THE WHOLE MURDER WASN'T EVEN HER FAULT (ahem, sorry, I'm still pissed about that.)

Yeah I agree with most of the comments, Korekiyo should've been number one First he was spun around multiple times and while that doesn't seem that harmful just look at his face Secondly his body was melted away, his blood boiled and started leaking out his eyes cause of it, he's also wearing a mask which makes it even worse because of it containing the heat Lastly HIS OWN SISTER, the one he thought loved him deeply just pulled an uno reverse cared and erased him from existence His exaction was physically, mentally, and actually brutal Love him or hate him Korekiyo should be number one or at least in the top 3 Kaede's was definitely heart ranching and being hung is terrible but when she was crushed at least she didn't feel it due to her either being unconscious or already dead idk, Korekiyo was fully conscious as his body melted away

Everyone is talking about Kirumi Kaede and Korekiyo but can we talk about Leon's execution for a second? If you know how it feels to get hit by something hard then imagine how leon felt, the sad thing is I dont think many people noticed this, they probably did but leon did not die instantly, he got hit with a lot of balls and didnt die until the very end of his execution. Just imagine the pain of getting hit by hundreds of balls going at a fast speed for a good 5-10 minutes? I agree with everyone saying how Kaede, kirumi and korekiyos executions were brutal but I definitely think that Leon's was pretty brutal too.

Der Flohwalzer is actually very brutal. The execution lasted for 8 hours, (or possibly 10) and kaede had only lived through the execution for 2 hours or less. The original song is played mostly on Black keys, but Monokuma played it on white keys which portrays that Kaede was not the blackened

So honestly imo she kind killed herself by making everyone participate in the trial just so they would feel bad for her. For all we know she may have had selfish actions. And yeah I guess it is bad but not the most brutal if you get me. It’s not as bad as drowning or being boiled alive , the two of them being the most brutal punishments to date.

Kiyo basically died twice, once via being boiled alive and then his very spirit is killed by having salt sprinkled on him. Mondo was being crushed by gravity, he wasn't electrocuted. Now you may decide.

Kyoko/Makoto one is way too underestimated. I mean just the trash compactor itself isn't so bad, but the victims are forced to face backwards the trash compactor, they can only hear the sound as it approaches, and have no idea when the final one will hit. It's really despaired and psychotically torturing , it's not the fear of death, but the fear of unknown. Even Kyoko can't hide her fear, it's really torturing for the victim.

kaede 1, kork 2, peko 3, fixed. kaede got hanged while stones were thrown at her and she was being played on the piano for 8 hours while the air gets shorter for her and it gets played faster meaning she got more dizzier while missing notes and swinging everywhere then after 8 hours she literally gets squished/crushed. korekiyo got boiled alive and died as a ghost by his sister too, his skin probably melted off while getting boiled and yet he gets dragged into the hot, boiling water. that's why kaede's is number 1 for me

Fun fact: The reason v3's executions are way more brutal is because usually Kodaka has other workers make up the executions. But for v3, Kodaka decided that he wanted to come up with the executions. His executions were more brutal because, well, he IS the creator of Danganronpa after all.🧍🏻‍♀️

I agree Kiruimi and Kaede’s executions were brutal but I wouldn’t put them over Korekiyo’s or Peko’s. I personally think mental and emotional torture is far worse than physical and Peko and Korekiyo definitely went through emotional torture. Korekiyo died realizing his sister never loved him while Peko died thinking she killed the one person she cared and and realized just how much Fuyuhiko truly cared about her. I think Kirumi’s was pretty damn brutal still, fighting to get out just to realize it was for nothing is really freaking heartbreaking.

Peko and Korekiyo died fast (in korekiyo we know that from the moment when his soul left his body) Now Kirumi - saw cut her body,she fallen from the high place, monokuma made an illusion of sky (that was emotional torure too) And now kaede - I speculate she has broken legs from the moment where she fallen on the piano, she was being hanged for 10 hours, monokumas throw stones at her (imagine somebody throwing a stones from all strenght to you) + emotional torture - she always plays the piano to make everyone smile but in her last "concert" the people who watch her cry. It should be considered that the psychological abuse that Korekiyo was given was by far the strongest, he end up killing 80+ women for someone who "loves him" to end up thinking that she simply used him in the last moments of his life (and dying twice, the first one being BOILED ALIVE and the second time in the hands of someone who was all he had left). Both of them suffered because of something that was NOT they're fault but I think that physical pain combined with mental confussion and dispair was the thing that makes Korekiyo Shinguji's death the worst of both. I'm just saying my opinion thought, i love both with all my life ♡
