As long as Taiwan is not recognized by the members of the UN, they're officially a territory and not a nation. That's not the IOC to decide. Their role is to ensure that they can compete.

Riner was at Kyokushin. He seemed to be doing some randori, but also spent a lot of time with his coaches drilling scenarios, getting massages, etc.

Lee won the World Masters in 2022, Bronze at Doha, bronze at Tokyo GS 2022 and Paris GS 2022 ✌️

@@JudoHighlights2015 okay.. but the ranking list works that a competition before 12 months ago gives you 100% points, a competition under 24 months ago gives you 50% of the points. The Masters 2022 was in December

I think Lee has moved up because higher-level Judoka lose points after a year - they drop to 1/2.

I think it's because Vieru lost the grips as the Uke was landing. If he had the grips on, while falling, no doubt would have been given the ippon
