I don't understand Legion at all.... Sure, hes fast, but really the only true use of his kit is after getting 4 hits in a row, which even then requires a 5th hit. If you double hit an enemy, you are put into a severe disadvantage with drastically decreased speed for a time.

wasnt the case when he was released, however BHVR, as they do with all their killers, bent over backwards for the survivors and nerfed him into the ground. Look up legion videos when he was first released, whole different look.
