Its been almost 1 year since I started playing badminton . I lose passion for the sport many times due to mood swings(hitting puberty at age 14) and I don't feel that adrenaline rush and excitement when I think about badminton now . What should I do ?
@CoachKennieAsuncion

There must be a reason why you’ve suddenly lost interest... did anyone make any negative comment? Are you getting frustrated with your game play. Is the situation of the pandemic giving you less access to freely enjoy the sport with different people?
