I couldn't Disagree.....more!!!! I have a perfect condition 06 f150, 4door, lariat, 4wd. It has full replacement timing kit...w/followers and high velocity oil pump. 6" lift kit with 37" AT tires. Exhaust cutout, LED exhaust tips. Double DIN stereo w/ front cam and rear cam. CB, 7 siren/pa system. Prerunner front bumper w/4 hella 7" round lights. Aries electric step down running boards. Brake fluid flush. Coolant flush w/new radiator and reservoir. FORD LED wave lit front/rear emblems. Fiberglass front raptor fenders conversion. Spray-in rhino bed liner. Ranch hand headache rack w/rail guards. And ..it's still a piece of shit!!!

Number 1 mod I can stress enough, the Edge Evolution Programmer!!! Made a world of difference on my truck. Through it in stock tow tune and you good to go. Also can calibrate your speedo when changing tire diameters. Also better monitoring of vital systems.

I actually have a Holley programmer that can do that as well! I’m sure the edge is a little better, I just didn’t have the money at the time. Only reason I left it out of the video is some people don’t like stuff that “changes” the stock ecu/ecm

Clean truck! I have a 2005 FX4 SuperCrew.Irecommend adding the aftermarket backup camera in the tailgate handle, as offered on the Lincoln Mark LT...Gives it the factory look

You have yourself a good looking truck there, Sir! 👍🏻 I picked up a gloss black 07 f150 Lariat almost three years ago. The original owner ordered it fully loaded, even has a moon roof and a block heater (heater is nice, I live in the north) and I always wondered what mine was missing compared to a King ranch, as it seems to have almost everything. I see here I’m missing the damn nice King Ranch interior. Also, thanks for the badge and mirror tips, I never even considered those aesthetic changes. The grill is a good look too, mine is faded black plastic and I was looking for a good replacement for it.

I appreciate that! My brother has an 08 lariat and we have have 2 differences in our trucks! He has a solid back glass while I have the king ranch seats! As far as I have been able to tell, there isn’t too much difference in these sub models! A lot of things off of the 2009-2014 f150’s will fit the 04-08’s as well! You can even swap the tailgates out I believe!

I put a new billet grill on my 08 the medallion was faded. The billet has no medallion. I like clean. I put Lincoln HID with DRL frame for lighting. Big difference!

Got a 10th gen with the 4.6, done alot of work in the past few months and got it pushing around 300hp. It is lifted with 36's but still rides great

I really like the truck I have an 06 myself similar style to yours as far of mods, I’ve never seen an exhaust like that it’s interesting. I have true duals dumped behind each tire but when I had them cutoff under the cab I liked them, just to much drone for backseat passengers especially since I have no cats with glass packs.

I prefer my original 08 xlt wheels over a lot of aftermarket stuff. My truck just became that old “backyard truck”. Transmission just went out. Waiting to get my taxes back to drop $2k on a reman from Jegs or something lmao. I tried to do it myself but I can’t figure out how to rebuild the transmission at all. I’ve watched hours and hours of KZbin just on that. While it’s sitting, waiting for new life, I’m going to be doing some things to it to clean it up. I line the emblem idea. And my mirrors are broken anyhow. Might as well change those too! Ask my wife for me, would ya? Have a good day. Dope truck.

Hey, whatever works! Only issue with the under seat boxes is less airspace and mounting depth, but you get all your seating space 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very nice truck. I have an 08 Boyd Coddington edition I bought new. 67000kms. Has a 93 octane tune and it’s pretty quick but I’ve decided to step up to the edelbrock 1581 supercharger. Installing it this winter. I’m gonna look into some window tinting now that I’ve seen how good it looks on yours. Just subscribed. I love these trucks

Nice truck I have a 2006 f150 that I bought brand new. It now has 68k garaged for most it’s life. I have a 6Inch lift 35s gryphon programmer. I also recently did 4.56 gears amd I tell you what it sure makes it a lot more fun to drive.

Love the truck. I just got my 05 King Ranch last year. And love it. Has great style still for a 15yr old truck. Looking to upgrade it soon only thing I did was I took off the stock rims put on 17 pro comp wheels and Toyo AT ll. Tires. Fully rebuilt trans. As well as a push start system. More mods to come hopefully.

Dash mod...Amazon has a dash tray for about $30. It fits in the dash pad area in the middle. You take out the rubber mat a simply slap the tray in. Get the tray warm with a blow drier or let it sit in the sun. It helps it fit perfect. Also, bed cover, I love mine and it helps keep people honest if it locks and you lock your tailgate.

@@JayThompson25 they're not expensive at all, got mine on ebay for $15. I saw it on another guy modding his F150 and I never even thought of that, I drop my tailgate everyday and one day those cables are gonna give, hopefully the kit will extend that life. I'll post a video and let you know sir. BTW I live in Texas and recently had to remove my front door tint because Texas has stupid laws when it comes to tint, 25% up front but as dark as you want on the rears, I have my back windows at 2% and had the fronts at 10% lol. Gotta let the heat die down so I can tint them again, good thing they now have precut tint lol

I recently bought a new Chevy Malibu and I got it tinted the exact same as my truck and luckily no issues here in TN. I got stopped once about a year ago at 1:45 in the morning for tint but that’s the only time it’s been an issue. Traveled to Montana, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa and even got pulled over in South Dakota in the car and never had an issue with any law enforcement!

@@JayThompson25 I lived in northern Alabama a couple years and I fell in love with Tennessee since I'd commute back and forth each day, great people, just unfortunate that my relationship didn't work out so sadly I had to move back to Texas. Anyhow, installed my tailgate kit yesterday and I'm like a kid with a new toy lol, was super easy to install however I was having issue with the retainer bolt until I figured something how and the rest of the install was super easy, it's a great cheap investment for the life of the tailgate cables.

I have mbrp exhaust k&n air intake I would recommend air intake Saves fule and give hp 4 inch lift 17 boss rims on 32 I believe 1000w amp with 2 12 inch subs that take half my back seat … can only fit one passenger in the back 2 inch wheel spacers It’s a 06 f150 stx 4.6lt 3v v8 9.75 rear end

The distortion from your door speakers is because the stereo is UNDERPOWERED. Factory head units push more watts than an aftermarket. Most aftermarket stereos I’ve seen have been like 17w RMS lol.

Hey man, your truck is super clean! I wanted to ask about your mirrors. I have a 2007 lariat and want to put 09-14 mirrors on it so I can have puddle lights and the front mounted side blinkers. Did the harness on your 07 plug right into the harness on the newer mirrors? I wanna make sure the harnesses will work together so I can still have use of the power/heated ability + the puddle lights + the blinkers.

Yes! Everything was plug and play for me! I took the mirrors apart when I got them to install an led puddle light but that was just my preference! Everything else worked as it should! If you wanna check, I believe the puddle light wire is purple on the harness!
