Yayyy. So glad you mentioned Tardes and Bois d’Amande. Two of my latest obsessions and i got them as bday gifts! Bois d’Amande is dense and a really lemon-vanilla-almond beauty. Definitely more for cool weather and a bit more of a standout. And Tardes i find so underrated and understated. It’s so sophisticated, light and airy but still present, and with a vintage-y/soapy touch that makes it timeless and elegant. And i find the almond facet really opens up in the heat actually. The house does rly good warm-weather friendly gourmands in my opinion. Try Rima XI!! Biscuitty goodness 😍! PS: Carner is Spanish, not Portuguese, so “Tahrr’dess” is how youd pronounce it ;). With an open “ah” sounding ‘a’ and a rolled ‘r’ ;)))

Love almond in fragrance! One of my favs is an oldie, but a goodie - Burberry Brit For Her. Have to get my nose on Italica, Lost Cherry, Rolling in Love & GON. Great video 😀

Casamorati Italica is a must in my book that if I get my hands on the bottle since it’s sold out on twisted lily it’ll be a while before I buy anymore fragrances adding to my collection. Used the discount for the sample, actually 5 of them 😅 & I don’t regret it 😌

Although not an almond scent… El Born is another great scent from the house of Carner Barcelona. Lost Cherry is something I’ve repurchased and will continue to do so. Such a beautiful scent. Very adult and exact in what it smells like, without the medicinal smell that one might assume it would have. Great video. Thanks for sharing👋🏾

Joop le Bain, it struck me the last time I was shopping and smelled Lost Cherry by Tom Ford that they reminded of each other. I luckily had Le bain in the bag sprayed them on each arm, they were surprisingly almost identical. If you can not afford Lost Cherry Tom Ford, Le bain is a good alternative.

I don't get the almond in Rolling in Love at all. I wear it to work it's a little light for date night imo. Tardes is the perfect evening scent, I definitely smell the almond. Italics smells like caramel to me I don't smell the almond. I wear it to bed. I need to get the Prada one. Lost Cherry is the most almond almond I've smelled in a perfume. It smells like my Grandma baking Black Cake in Jamaica. This is a holiday scent.

Lost Cherry is something I could live without, no projection, smells like a cherry cough syrup and so juvenile in the scent.

Yeah I checked it out and while it’s cute, nice fragrance, it’s nothing truly noteworthy nor worth the hefty price. If you were a teen wearing Bath and Body Works, Body Fantasy, VS, you’ve seen something similar.
