I think when you were talking about the anterior spinal artery and tongue deviation you were thinking about the medulla not the spinal cord! The anterior spinal artery supply the 2/3 of the anterior part of the spinal cord not just the middle portion. Thank you Dr. Rahul.

This is great thanks Doc. For the question at 1h29min about the 35F, I believe option E for elevated opening pressure may also be due to idiopathic intracranial hypertension as a diagnosis. Great work.
