Dear Dr. Rahul, I got Matched this year in Internal Medicine. I really wanna thank you for your wonderful lectures. It really helped me during my steps journey. Your lectures always give positive energy, which is really inspiring ✨️ and the way you intergaarate all the systems together help to grab the concepts more clearly. Thankyou you so much 😊

I studied with my cousin, but she spent more time on her phone than studying. Despite this, she passed the Step 1 test while I failed. When I asked her how she did it, I found out that she received help from Mr Richard.

Frustration can be a positive sign. It indicates that the solution to your problem is close, but your current approach isn't working. You need to change your approach to achieve your goal.

I think when you were talking about the anterior spinal artery and tongue deviation you were thinking about the medulla not the spinal cord! The anterior spinal artery supply the 2/3 of the anterior part of the spinal cord not just the middle portion. Thank you Dr. Rahul.

This is great thanks Doc. For the question at 1h29min about the 35F, I believe option E for elevated opening pressure may also be due to idiopathic intracranial hypertension as a diagnosis. Great work.
