every single interview i see of richardson, i feel more and more confident in his ability to develop into a superstar. he’s very humble, a leader and he’s made it known that he knows he needs to improve his accuracy and decision making. i feel like indy was the best possible spot for him to land because they have the kind of team, scheme and HC to develop him. some QBs come out that are very talented but think they’re all that. then when the struggles happen, they fold, that’s exactly what happened to zach wilson. because AR doesn’t have a lot of experience, he will struggle, but i think he has the character to be able to overcome them and keep getting better, he just needs to play. if people are patient with him, in 2-3 years i truly believe he will completely turn the colts around because he’s that ridiculously talented.
