I started my niche collection with Byredo "Bal D"Afrique" and wearing it while on vacation in Africa was an entire vibe! I blind buy my fragrances as I'm not trying to go to a mall during this panini and I have the majority of these fragrances. I love the blind buy! It feels like Christmas! It is beautiful. But in my opinion it's very similar to jo malone myrrh and tonka - which some would find masculine. So although it's beautiful, it's not a safe fragrance for someone just beginning a Niche collection

Another fabulous, thoughtful video! You are one of the few that gives *thorough* thought before just throwing out recommendations. As for HOS I knew something went down but never knew the details because you graciously didn’t go into them. You’re a class act and this supports your credibility. It’s so unfortunate. And it’s not about giveaway products it’s about them operating in poor taste. Also, I’m absolutely for influencers getting the opportunities they deserve, but HOS was kind of cheapening their image with *excessive* sales and tossing free products to tooo many just randomly where there wasn’t even really a fragrance audience I literally just got my 1st 2 HOS fragrances (and both you recommended way back).

With the Delina’s, I dove head first 🤣. Exclusif, OG and now I’m awaiting for La Rosee🤗. Delina La Rosee had me shook. I’ve been looking for a lighter feminine summer rose scent. I didn’t want La Rosee because I had the previous two. I tested it on my skin and it was beautiful & lasted for hours on my skin. As a fragrance collector (yes, I’m claiming it now) its different enough for me to warrant having all three. 🌹

As always, I enjoyed your video. My first niche fragrance was Creed Aventus for her, and I adore it, (and use it sparingly, so I'll have it for a while). From watching your videos over the past few months, I purchased TT Delox and BDK Rouge Smoking - I love both. Gentle Fluidity Gold is my favorite from this list with Bal D'Afrique a close second (I have a sample of the fragrance and the body cream which is luxurious). I think my next purchase will be Roja Dove's Reckless...after I pay my Christmas bills!

I wanted to love LDBS Extreme so badly, but something about the first 20 minutes of it my skin killed it for me. After that i really really liked it, possibly better than the original (which I have) but if I hate the initial smell I don’t think I want to splurge on something I have to work that hard to like. If the Tom Ford Private Line is considered niche my first niche full bottle was Jasmin Rouge (LOVEEE) and second was Lost Cherry, but if it doesn’t then Delina and Delina Exclusif were both because I got them both at the same time. The exclusif took me about a week to love, and the OG two weeks. After that it was Angels Share, then Baccarat and LDBS, Xerjoff Lira, Greenwich Village and TriBeCa on the way. and a billion niche samples all throughout the timeline. I have a decant of Cassiopia but it smelled like shampoo to me the first time, maybe I should revisit it 🧐

Hey Rhia 👋🏾 have you smelled either side effects or spiritueuse double vanille? They're very different from eachother- so it's difficult to say which one to choose. It's up to which smell you prefer. They're both beautiful. One is vanilla, the other is spicy tobacco. Also, I can smell the patchouli in both chanel and Creed

I'm not gonna lie , since the shut down I have gone down the rabbit hole of the niche world and listening to reviews almost obsessively .... I tend to gravitate to channels that like HOS , like you , I think bc I feel like we have at least somewhat similar tastes obviously not 100 % , but I would get a little salty listening to reviewers that received promo products from the brand and then never seem to comment on the fragrances or put them on their lists which makes me think that they don't really truly love the fragrances , makes me click off honestly . And while I am sorry for your experience , it shows how genuine and authentic you are 💖

I need for them to saturate the tester. Also, did you spray it on your skin? Or they're bottle may have gone bad from sitting in the light for hrs. Try again and let me know

Hundred Silent Ways is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 it’s just perfect and I don’t fall in love with fragrances like that, Fell in love with it yesterday when my samples came, vain and naive was also nice, and Ani smells like a nice vanilla wafer. I’m mad I got Hacivat instead of Zenne, Because I think I would have loved it like 💯 silent ways☹️ only got Hacivat because I heard it smells like Aventus for her and wanted to try it and didnt like the Aventus or Hacivat, but out of 12 fragrances I tried, 💯 silent ways was the winner my first bottle worthy 🏆 after about 32 nearly depressing samples 😅

My fist Niche fragrance that I recently purchase is Cherry 🍒 Garden and Delina which I love...I agree with you about Hauts Bijoux being A safe blind buy.. However, the reason that I didn't make that one my first purchase, is because Hacivat smells slightly similar to Hauts Bujoux in my opinion and that is what I want next and seen as though I'm only going to have A small collection I want to beware of having similar scent. THANKS btw for putting me on to Hacivat, turn out not only do I love eating pineapple I like smelling like it too.😊
