@theNAaficionado would be great to get away from the consistent brain fog and difficult emotions that stems from this current lifestyle of drinking every night. Ten years ago I lost someone close due to lymphoma and I didn't think from choices made that night after hearing that news. I'd still be drinking so heavily. But from watching your channel and listening to similar stories I realize I'm not alone in the journey to much better health. I greatly appreciate your channel!
