Glad to see more of the apartments on this floor! This one kind of made me think of the Persona 5 protagonist with the red, black, and white accent colors, the books, and the dedicated coffee corner of the kitchenette. :) Very clean yet cozy, which is consistent with a lot of your flips and one of my favorite things about them. Modern styles and furniture tend to look show-room empty and cold to me, but you have a great way of making them seem inviting and warm.
