I'm pretty sure he used a printer for some of the smaller parts. You can see the printer lines on the sides. 7:09 for example

You are again absolutely right about the fine dust of plastic, it’s like a synthetic poison. But the more pipes etc. are produced, the more waste we have. I think this man takes this fine dust and finds the way to utilize it, not to throw it out to the nearest river. But yes, all about plastic is very, very unpleasant.
