n the heart of the city of Jerez is this Central Food Market and it has a wide variety of fresh fish brought from Cádiz and SanLucar.
Taking a walk through the stalls we see the fishmongers with seafood, huge tuna, pieces of swordfish, sardines, anchovies, and all at a very good price, which makes this market very crowded and has a very good atmosphere.
Here there are stalls selling Mediterranean bluefin tuna, Red Tuna, swordfish, hake, grouper, turbot and fresh prawns from the Sanlucar area or shrimp caught in the bay.
It is also worth a visit as a tourist because it is located in a building that was an old winery like many buildings here in Jerez that have taken advantage of these wine facilities to renovate them and adapt them to new times.
