Do not go for RRR. It's far from the city. Untill govt. lays metro from the RRR to the employment centres like HiTech areas, they won't grow. Simple rules is dont go far from the city edges

Brigadier sir, The real estate market has become a volatile marketing Hyderabad and you are not taking the present per capita economy conditions against the exorbitant prices in real estate. The rates have to be declined or at the most the real estate market will be in standstill state for 5 more years

99% of builders, developers are fooling innocent customers, there is no backup calculation for selling price, customers are investors, not a single project completed on time , there is no update of planned vs actual progress, delays, everyone into Real estate , marketing people are paid 1500 to 2500 per sq.ft as commissions, governament need to take action on selling price , delay in project completion, all developers ajs to provide every 15days planned vs actual progress
