Thank you, Alice! Denverite here that hasn't checked out that area but will do so soon. Just got back from Maroon Bells anI was stunned by the lack of snow for mid-Oct (same on Indy Pass). Came within a few feet of hitting a bear when it darted in front of my car in downtown Aspen in the dark! Come back soon and often, Alice - we love your incredibly well-done and informative videos! Stay safe.

@@nickfadely6794 thank you Nick. I love the Maroon Bells Wilderness and have hiked there many times. I’ll have to start sharing more of my colorado experiences.

Alice, Great photographic job of sharing a small part of our state. We know and appreciate the Gem of our state. It's hard to turn your head in Colorado without seeing some awesome landscape or wildlife. Living IN NOCO is a real privilege❤. Great video thank you.

It touched my heart when you said you really loved Colorado. It brought back memories from my youth of my mother telling me how she was so glad to have moved to Colorado because I so enjoyed exploring the state. I have lived in Colorado since I was seven years old, and explored and photographed much of the state, and it's great to hear someone who has traveled so many places in this world to say "I love Colorado"!

Thank you Alice. My wife and I love CO since it was our honeymoon destination (2 weeks of hiking, horseback riding, swimming, etc). So many wonderful trails and gorgeous scenery. One thing of the many things that impressed us was the vibrant colors of the aspens in autumn… so many good memories, thanks for the video.

Splendid views. I just love the fall season, crisp, sunny and warm daytime, although summer is kinda nice though, great for skinny dipping while hiking around those fresh water lakes. The Continental Divide always been a good path to follow, in the Canadian Rockies as far as I know. Thanks for sharing Alice 🇨🇦🏔️🥾

Missed my late Summer/early Fall trip to Colorado this year so thanks for showing me what I missed and reviving some great memories of places visited on previous trips (since 1968, and that's not a typo). Watched it on the big screen 4K tv and the topography and scenery were spectacular. Nice drone work capturing the landscape and eye popping colors. Next year for sure. Safe travels!

Next Fall, drive up to Redstone (close to Aspen) then, from there, hike or 4x4 up to Crysal Mill!

Yeah , crazy about the threat of cattle . I've only just heard of that at age 56 a few months ago on a hiking channel and now again . Apparently many yearly deaths in Britain . Anyhow , super beautiful . From age 1 I was of course skeptical of being around large animals such as cows and horses . My best friend was a bull rider as a child and I always knew that even simply their slinging snot was too intimidating for my taste so luckily I've stayed safe so far lol .
