@@charlesthemonkey5374 They have regular jobs they go to, so not quite. They started around grade School age at this drummers school in Basal, Switzerland where they all live and where there are a lot of drummers in the community.

The competitions used to be carried in the US on public broadcasting and I loved to watch it each year. Now they don't do it any longer. I surely miss it and will check it out on YT. What a great performance. Thanks for sharing.

Likely the most tasteful performance of the TSDC I seen yet. All the tricks and show stoppers as before but more musical. I’m told these are all professionals of other fields who do this pretty much on their own coin. Very impressive. And to think…it all began when the Baptists and Anabaptists went to war over religious differences and needed a mode of communication for the army tactics.
