Top fierce driver fines introduced from November 10, 2021
Since November, fines for violators of traffic rules will increase significantly. The new catalog of fines will come into force on November 10. It will affect both drivers of cars, cars and trucks.
The German authorities are concerned about the large number of accidents on the roads of the country. The new catalog of fines is intended to "reason" the road users. Here are some of the most important changes:
Drivers who park their car despite the stop or parking prohibited sign will pay a fine of up to 55 euros, instead of 15 euros, as it was before.
Exceeding the speed limit by 16-20 kilometers per hour within the city will cost the driver 70 euros instead of 35. Drivers who believe that they can rush through the city at 91 km / h instead of the permitted 50 km / h will have to pay 400 euros instead of 200.
If the driver has not found another place and parked in the disabled parking lot, the violation will cost 55 euros instead of 35 euros that had to be paid earlier.
Anyone who blocks the designated exit from the fire department or obstructs the ambulance will have to pay a fine of € 100.
If the driver does not create a lane for the police or an ambulance, or even moves along the created lane for the vehicles of the rescue service in order to get out of the traffic jam as soon as possible, he will be fined from 200 to 320 euros and deprived of his driving license for a period of one month.
Truck drivers are required to make a right turn within the city, while moving at a walking speed. Violations of this recently introduced rule will result in a € 70 fine.
Parking on sidewalks, bike paths will cost the offender a round sum - up to 100 euros. Previously, the fine for this offense was 25 euros.
As you know, the country's authorities are in favor of increasing the number of electric vehicles in the country. E-mobile owners complain about the lack of parking and gas stations. On the other hand, parking lots for electric vehicles are often used by owners of gasoline or diesel cars. The new rule states that parking in the parking lot for electric cars and carsharing cars will be fined 55 euros.
