I have own the Bose for over a year. One of my favorite features is how to turn them off quickly without using the power button. Just take them off your head and flip them upside down on your desk (or in your hand) and within 2 seconds, it will power down automatically. This has been great! I do have to say that they were pretty tight for my head at first, but over time, about 2 months, they stretched out just enough to conform to my demensions.

I have a fat head so they're still a bit tight for me but I also love them. I will say that power off option is slower than just pressing and holding the power button, and doesn't render prescription users blind lol

I’ve had Bose for a while, there not too bad, but they do have a few issues. The main one for me is the hinges. The pin that hold them together tends to slip out rather often. I often had to push them back into place every few days. The audio is reasonably good, but the glasses themselves are poorly made.

I wish to see new feature of smart glasses with Cam that can utilize AI to translate the hand moves of " deaf mute " person and I hope technicians build a glossary for each " deaf mute " language in the world I hope also that the proper " deaf mute " glossary can be selected by user.

These are 1st or 2nd generation glasses at best. Wait another year and the quality and pricing will be much better. Obviously, the Bose, being a sound company sound better but none of these models seemed to have noise cancelation to mute the wind effects. I am surprised that only the Ray-Ban model offered a camera. I would think something like Google glass would be widely available by now. The Chinese need to get working on that.
@Jon-id7ki7 ай бұрын
It's mostly because only the ray ban are actually trying to be smart glasses. The rest just want to be speakers

@sparkdrive2900 I actually bought them for myself to try them as I was considering the Ray Ban Metas. I actually like them. I ended up ordering a pair for my entire family for Christmas and upgraded myself to the Metas and have my prescription lenses in them. My so is going to get his prescription in his Razers.

If you're going to use it for sunglasses, it probably wouldn't stand out in comparison. Oakley's tend to have largen hinges that some people like. Sound is definitely the best, but the trade-off is the look

I don't get it. What makes these glasses smart? These are just mini speakers with glasses on them. Even then, Jlabs already does that where you can just clip a speaker onto any glasses. I had expected something like AR integration or at least aid people with disabilities.
