I stopped riding like this on my litre bike after a couple close calls. 1. My rear wheel bearing melted while hauling down the highway causing the rear hub to melt and separate, which then almost locked up my rear wheel. Luckily the rear sprocket just carved into the aluminum rear swingarm without locking up the rear wheel before I stopped the bike. 2. The speed of the wheels broke the base of my front tire stem and I lost all the air in my front tire FAST. almost put me into the hwy median. I slowed down using just the rear brake and pulled over just in time. Ive never crashed but that was some scary shit! I now change my wheel bearings every tire change and only have solid metal short tire stems installed on my wheels. Avoid the tall rubber tire stems!

I wouldn't trust the welds after 18 years to give it that kind of speed as if it where a 2024, I would caution the chassis cracking in 2,,,,,,,,maybe 90mph max caucious speed.😢
