File another arbitration cases re: -ramming of the Teresa Magbanua, and China's opposition to the Philippines claim of Extended continental shelf. The Philippines is not acting as pawn of the US, it's just that the Philippines is faced with China's belligerent expansionism in the Philippines Exclusive Economic Zone, and the Philippines needs US help defend its sovereign rights in accord with the US-PH Mutual Defense Treaty and uphold the rule of law and freedom of navigation.
