Sister, I recommended that those young couple like these two should not begin their life as farmer at young age like them. It is not a good life for their kids in the future. Retired habit when you old is perfect but not this young age. Do you agreed?

Your comment has a point. As for my kids I like to see they finished college first. Get a great job and buy a house right away in the city near good school for their kids. and Then later in life they can buy farm or move out to the country side if they like. . However, , for this couple , the husband likes to owned farm to raise cows , chickens, ducks and hunting deers. I know that the wife didn’t like it, but she supports her husband. Aston, if the plot of land is residential or buildable, you can sell for higher. 1 acre in MN can range 100k each depending on the parcel itself.
