I lived in Tampa for 10 yrs. I worked at a newspaper as a Retention specialist but volunteered to pass out Free Newspapers during events. On Bayshore I was out in torrential rain still handing out newspapers and someone told me they saw a guy get out of his Vehicle and disappear! Then manhole cover came OFF and he disappeared down in the flooded SEWERS! BE CAREFULL!
