As a person with a head injury and severe post traumic stress. Where was the military. The parkland shooter was ex-military. Did the Military fail him? Did the Military fail the children. Was the shooter receiving services or being monerted?

What these companies did is take all the products make a new label put it in a new box shiny Bright box saying new label but they cut their product some things were 12 pack now it's an eight pack get us two or three dollars more I work in a grocery store and I am amazed at how much they cut the product and raise the price it's not the grocery stores doing this is the companies themselves.

I have a question…I thought I heard, the difference between the Death Penalty and Life w/o possibility of Parole. I would love to know if this is true or not. 1. Death Penalty= Instant Appeal and the families having to continue this pain for many more years…… 2. Life W/O The Possibility of Parole in a Death Case there is NO Appeal and he rots in prison. Very few people given the death penalty actually are executed. They spend years backing up the courts with appeals. Then they may get down graded to life. If the death penalty worked, then it would be an option.

I didn't follow the Parkland shooting trial closely but I'm wondering if the prosecutors did their due diligence in their rebuttal of the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome defense. There are no lab tests to diagnose FAS. A number of physical abnormalities and features indicate the presence of the syndrome. Nickolas Cruz has none of them. He might have some other alcohol-related challenges but it looks like the twinkie defense to me. I think the defense snookered the prosecution.
