Actually your wrong about the U-20 thing. You can be of any age and play against grown men so long as your at that level so technically speaking you could be 16 playing with 25yr olds. Or 15 playing for the U-21 if they think you're above U-16 level. And its a full team Ego's looking for, that includes subs.

​@@AmazonDreaano I'm saying it has nothing to do with fairness in actuality. Its more of a growing opportunity for players who aren't at the main teams level. Like the example i gave a 16 year old can play for his country's main national team (once they believe hes that good or ready) is what im saying. And theres also and U-23 team as well for players that still arent at the main teams level but it gives them a chance to still prove themselves. I'm from Trinidad 🇹🇹 I played European academy football growing up.
